The customer support team will explain the process. We will send you a shipping label, and all you have to do is stick it on and ship it back to us!

30 DAYS - You have 30 days since the moment you have received your order, which will be checked by your tracking numbers. At any point within the 30 days, you can return your unused product in its original packaging without any problems for 100% money back. We will initiate the refund through STRIPE, and you will get your money usually within 30 days.

FREE EXCHANGE - If your product comes damaged or broken, you don’t even have to bother to send it back to us! Just contact us on your preferred channel, and we will send you a replacement of either the full MaxxiBox or the broken part completely FREE of charge.

NOTES: Please, understand that we cannot control the whole shipping process. How does the MaxxiBox work?

So the MaxxiBox is waterproof and leakproof?

Yes, the metal containers of the MaxxiBox are waterproof and leakproof. Please, read below to find out exactly which parts of the MaxxiBox are waterproof and their capacity.

 

How many compartments does the MaxxiBox have?

The MaxxiBox has up to three compartments. The most popular, three-tiered version comes with two smaller and one larger compartment, and the two-tiered version comes with one small and one large compartment.

Each compartment is covered with a small plate that can also be used to store dry food.

Please keep in mind that the plates are not waterproof. Only the metal-lined containers are waterproof!

 

Can I get the 3-tier version but only use one or two tiers at a time?

Yes, if you wish to go light and only take one compartment of a MaxxiBox, you can. The lid and plates are able to screw onto any compartment regardless of the order. This modular design allows you to combine your compartments as you wish. You can change their colors or stack them to create a gigantic MaxxiBox!

 

Will the MaxxiBox keep my food warm?

Our MaxxiBox is tested and certified to keep food warm for up to 4 hours. However, this can be affected by the original temperature of the food, type of food, and the environment around you. When we tested the MaxxiBox using only hot water, it kept the water warm for 4.5 hours. The thermal bag helps increase these thermal properties and acts as a handy bag to carry your MaxxiBox easily. It's lined with heat-retaining material that looks a little bit like aluminum foil.

 

Does the MaxxiBox have a warranty?

MaxxiBox offers a 1-year limited warranty on all lunch boxes purchased from www.maxxibox.com and authorized retailers. The warranty covers the repair or replacement of any defective material or component. In the rare case that we are unable to repair or replace the defective material or part, we will submit a refund. It does not cover any issues due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or loss/theft of the MaxxiBox.

 

Is the MaxxiBox microwaveable?

The MaxxiBox contains a stainless-steel lining, which can interfere with some microwaves. Therefore we have labeled it as "non-microwavable" in order to ensure that everybody is safe. Find out more with the manufacturer of your microwave. The MaxxiBox comes equipped with plastic plates that you should use to microwave your food.

 

Is the MaxxiBox dishwasher safe?

We don't recommend washing the MaxxiBox in the dishwasher as it could be damaged. Therefore, it is not dishwasher safe, but it's effortless to clean due to the metal lining inside. Just rinse it with water, and any waste will easily slide off the stainless steel lining.
